The Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) is a yearly meeting of all the members of All Saints and St. Richards who are on the electoral roll. The meeting provides an opportunity to thank God for His provision over the previous year and commit to Him the coming year. We have the opportunity to elect PCC members and Church Wardens, and a Ministry Report is published for the meeting which contains a summary paragraph submitted by each ministry.
