Our trebles play a significant role in our choir. They join us from about the age of 7 as soon as they can read and go on to steadily grow in experience and confidence as a singer. We use a broad repertoire which enables them to be introduced to the best of church choral music from the past and the present. Alongside their singing as a part of the choir at rehearsals and services they receive training in how to use their singing voices effectively and in music theory.

We have been running children's musical workshops for a year now and they are proving to be very popular and great fun. The workshops are mainly aimed at children between the ages of 7 and 13 and our productions have included Jonah-man Jazz, More than a Story and Captain Noah and his floating zoo. They are usually over the summer half-term and the next one is planned for summer 2009. Please listen to some extracts from last years Christmas musical below.
