The ALL SAINTS CENTRE has a number of rooms and halls available for hire at competitive rates; these can be tailored to suit the individual needs of small groups or larger gatherings. The cost of hiring the rooms usually includes the services of our Verger, Greg Summers, to lay out the room to your requirements.

The facilities, which are located in three separate buildings include:-

Church Centre

Church Worship Area - able to accommodate up to 375 with full public address and audio visual facility. Staging is available for theatrical or music performances.
Coffee Room with small kitchen (2nd photo below)- a room to the rear of the Worship Area, able to seat up to 50 persons. Particularly suitable for funeral receptions.
Picture Room - a private meeting room for up to 20.
Music Room - for up to 30
Downstairs Rooms - Large modern hall with a commercially equipped kitchen. The hall can accommodate up to 175 persons (theatre style) or 120 seated for a reception. It is an ideal venue for wedding receptions, exhibitions or conferences. The Hall can be split into 5 separate, soundproofed units if required, each able to comfortably seat 25-30. PA equipment is available.

All Saints Halls

Main Hall - A large hall and small kitchen. The Hall is licensed for public entertainment and is able to accommodate up to 120 (seated)or 150 (standing).
Coffee Bar - a carpeted meeting room which can seat up to 60 (theatre style)or 50 (seated). The room has a serving area with washbasin, fridge and dishwasher.
Meeting Room with sofas and comfortable chairs for 8 people

The Stables

Comfortable room with sofas able to accommodate small groups of up to 15. Fully fitted kitchen available.

The following equipment is available to Hirers (a small fee may apply)
Digital projector, Flip charts, Overhead projector, Screens.

(The serving/selling of alcohol on Church premises is at the discretion of the Church Administrator,Rob Livett.If permission is given, then the Hirer may be required to obtain a Temporary Event Notice from the Local Authority prior to their event. Details are obtainable from the Church Office)

All bookings must be made directly with the Church Office,and no booking is confirmed until a Booking Form has been completed, signed and returned to the Office by the Hirer.
Hire fees and payment terms are to be agreed with the Office. Payment may be made by cash or cheque.(Cheques should be made payable to All Saints Church.)
